Pre- Production - Chosen Song

 Ellie Goulding - Only You

For the music video production, I have chosen to create a music video for Ellie Goulding’s song – Only You. I have chosen to create a music video for this song as I am interested in the genre of Indie Pop and I think that this is a song that I can be very creative with and make the song my own. I also listen to Ellie Goulding a lot of the time and I feel that this means I will have a better concept of the lyrics.

Camera Shots

Camera angle that I want to include are, close up’s of lip syncing, medium close up’s of lip syncing, tracking, long shots of lip syncing, side shots of lip syncing and pans by using a tripod, I also want to try and include some lock off shots during the instrumental parts. I would like to start the music video with an out of focus shot of the sky, this turns into an in focus shot of the sky and then a pan down to the person I will be using in my music video, for the ending of the music video I want the last clip of the music video to go out of focus at the end and fade out with the music.
